Heart 2 Heart Banner Challenge Surprise Card

As Gomer Pyle said,

SURPRISE! SURPRISE! SURPRISE!

I have a flaw, thankfully to this point it has not been fatal, but it is a flaw none the less.

I never am inspired by an event early. Never. Ever.

However, something has come from this flaw - a new birthday card concept - 

HAPPY SURPRISE BIRTHDAY CARD!

Guidelines for sending Happy Surprise Birthday Cards:

Cards can be sent any time during the year, except one week before a birthday

Let's see, what else?

Guess that is about it, simple enough.

 And with this week's 

Heart 2 Heart Banner Challenge,

I thought this card-within-a-card connected by a surprise would be perfect!

And so many banners are on this card!

Here a banner, there a banner, every where a banner - banner banner!

Surprised?

Surprise, the stack-o-presents, and the cupcake were cut using the

 Close To My Heart Artbooking Cricut Cartridge.

This card is a wee bit smaller (0.5"?) than the standard 4.25" x 5.5" card, but is a top folded card, too.

Connect the bridge on the cards and fold so both fit in the bigger card.

Sorry, I have no better explanation. 

Play with it. It will work.

I kinda dig the flippy edge on the "HAPPY" banner.
