Artbooking in August 2013 - Mommy and I Are 2 of a Kind

My last Artbooking in August project is a gift / home decor item - scored on both!

Close To My Heart's Artbooking Cricut Cartridge (click here for details) made this cute nursery project much easier!  How do I know? I made a similar project several years ago...

I was inspired by nursery decor - I have NO idea whose it was - pre- pinterest. Sorry.

and here are the individual fields up close... awwww...

I love stamping and fussy cutting, but I am doing a Cricut happy dance because turning a size dial is a bunch easier than finding various stamp sets to coordinate.
By the way, the large critters were cut at 8" and the small were cut at 4".

Art Philosophy - great for basic shapes and a strong font

Artiste - attention, party girls - this is a great 3D project cart for decorations and gift containers!

FUNN feature of these cartridges is how many stamp sets coordinate with the shapes.

While looking through the Idea Book (catalog) just look at all the red lines around stamped images.

Those red lines indicate a coordinating CTMH Cricut Cart shape.

FUNN feature 2 is the correct size is printed on the stamp carrier sheet - love.
